You're overwhelmed. Your thoughts won't settle. Or you know exactly what you need to do, but getting started feels impossible.
You don't need another lecture about trying harder.
You need somewhere to begin.
Anxiety: Separate facts from fears and find one useful next step.
ADHD: Give your brain a landing pad instead of asking it to remember everything.
Executive dysfunction: Make starting smaller, clearer, and actually possible.
Plus, you'll meet Kevin. He has concerns. He has paperwork. He is not in charge.
You overthink decisions, lose track of things you meant to do, feel stuck before you even begin, or spend entirely too much time wondering why everyday life seems harder than it should.
You don't need to know whether anxiety, ADHD, or executive dysfunction is behind the struggle to benefit from a useful starting point.
I created Alpha to help women move forward when anxiety, ADHD, and executive dysfunction make life feel harder than it needs to be. My approach is practical, encouraging, and occasionally interrupted by a squirrel in purple glitter pants.
We believe in small, brave steps. Not perfection. Not another impossible checklist. And definitely not letting Kevin run the meeting.
