It means your nervous system learned to protect you really well.

The Anxious Alpha™ exists for women who are done shrinking their lives around anxiety — but who also refuse to bully themselves into “getting over it.”

WHY THIS WORK EXISTS

Most anxiety advice falls into one of two camps:

  • “Calm down, think positive, control your thoughts.”

  • “Let’s analyze every feeling until you’re exhausted.”

If either of those worked long-term, you wouldn’t be here.

This work is different because it doesn’t ask you to:

  • Eliminate anxiety

  • Override your body

  • Become fearless

  • Pretend you’re fine

Instead, it teaches you how to lead yourself even when anxiety is present.

That’s the shift.

WHAT “ANXIOUS ALPHA” ACTUALLY MEANS

Being an Anxious Alpha doesn’t mean you never feel fear.

It means:

  • Fear doesn’t make your decisions for you

  • Anxiety doesn’t get the final vote

  • You act based on values, not panic

  • You build confidence through experience — not hype

Leadership here isn’t loud or aggressive.
It’s steady. Intentional. Human.

I’m Tracy — creator of The Anxious Alpha™.

I work with women who are thoughtful, creative, capable… and exhausted from fighting their own minds.

I don’t believe anxiety means you’re broken.
I don’t believe calm is the goal.
And I don’t believe growth should require burnout.

My work is grounded in:

  • Nervous-system respect

  • Values-based action

  • Realistic, sustainable change

  • A deep understanding of how anxiety actually operates

I’m not here to be your savior.
I’m here to be a guide — someone who understands the terrain and can help you navigate it with more clarity and less self-blame.

I don’t teach from a pedestal.


I teach from lived experience, deep compassion, and a belief that anxious women are already strong — they just need the right kind of support.
