It took me years. After I reached my rock-bottom, I finally understood that healing was up to ME. Nothing else had worked. No-one else had been able to help me.

I was on my own. 

So I started reading. Researching. Digging. Trying. Experimenting. Learning. Challenging. 

I spent years looking for the answers that made sense, and I found them.  

I found the answers that finally made sense for my nervous system — and they’re teachable.

 

And I swore then and there that I would spend the rest of my life helping other women through the fire.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) just never made sense for me. CBT gave me insight — but insight alone didn’t calm my nervous system.
